Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time.
There are two ways to do it.
1. In the app (fastest)
- Open StarSynq and go to the You tab.
- Scroll to the bottom, below Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
2. By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email info@starsynq.ai from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We action these within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, name and contact details
- Your birth date, birth time and birth place
- Your saved compatibility matches and reports
- Your Ask StarSynq conversation history
What we have to keep, and for how long
Two things outlive the account, and both are obligations rather than choices:
- An encrypted record of questions asked and answers given, for up to seven years, so we can respond to complaints or disputes about guidance we provided.
- Payment and tax records, for as long as accounting law requires. We never hold your full card details — payments are handled by Apple and Google.

Your subscription is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel that with Apple or Google directly, or you will continue to be charged.
